Kong and the Mysterious Town

Kong was walking the road out of the capital of the duchy of Suthey. With his bounty cleared and the duchess no longer possessed he was finally free to continue his journey. He also had more money then at any other point in his travels.
While he had refused the duchesses initial offers of payment she had refused to let him leave without at least enough money to cover the next couple of weeks of food and inn stays. As he walked a thick fog suddenly fell, reducing visibility to nearly nothing.

Kong kept walking, trusting his body to stay on the path he was already walking. While the sudden fog was a bit odd, he wasn't that concerned. He hadn't been in the duchy for long, so, for all he knew, this could just be a regular thing that happened here.

Kong walked for several minutes before almost running into a building. The fog relented a little to reveal with Kong was in the middle of a town. Which was strange as his map didn't show any large communities nearby.

"Look, I just left the capital earlier today by foot." he pointed to the city on the map before he slid his finger along a bit in the direct he was heading when he left. "I should be about here, but there's no town here on this map."

"Maid cafe?" Kong asked absently, having never heard of such a thing before. He shook his head and turned to leave "Thanks for all of your help."

"Wait. You still have to pay the toll of you wanna pass through here." She told him as he made to leave.

"What's the toll?" Kong asked as he turned back, having completely forgotten about that.

"Simple. You just gotta tell me about your favorite midara and why you enjoyed losing to her." She said matter of factly, pulling out a notebook as she did so.

"What kind of toll is that?" Kong asked with a tilt of his head as he thought about the answer to that question.
