I seem to remember something similar to this, I'm pretty sure it was in Chalk Zone, but I can't find any clips or screenshots of it. It was a field of "Two Lips" flowers that would kiss anything they touched. Searching for it has yielded no results

Oh yeah! I remember someone mentioning that in another Chalkzone thread, but I don't think they had much luck looking for it, either...

I suspect it was Tarzoon, Shame of the Jungle. an adult animated parody film from 1975.

Man, that one is so good--being lifted off your feet and raised helplessly in the air by hundreds upon hundreds of giggling, flirtatious, huge-lipped flowers that want nothing more than to wrap, kiss, and suckle every last square inch of your body for hours at a time...friggin' amazing
