Blake, Swift Shadow

Introduction

Level-headed and often the voice of reason amongst her friends, Blake is a cat Faunus (basically a catgirl if you don't know RWBY) and a trained Huntress. She is more taciturn and withdrawn; especially when compared to her partner, Yang, but a passionate heart beats underneath that cares deeply for others. Armed with Gambol Shroud and her Aura, she's a difficult opponent to pin down, and even harder to defeat. Not hard to find though, look for the nearest library, and she's probably spending her free time catching up on her favorite novels.

Appearance

Raven black hair; white, almost pale skin; golden eyes; a pair of cat ears atop her head; a body with mostly average curves; and a jaw-dropping ass that she can't figure out how to properly cover up with her clothes. Her outfit is usually a skin-tight, black and white jumpsuit laden with pockets for her gear and ammunition.

Moveset

Aura Clones: Blake's Aura lets her create tangible afterimages of herself out of her energy. Effective in distraction and direct defense, she tries to leverage her unique Semblance as much as can in combat.

Passive. Blake starts with 3 Clone stacks. She has the option take a Clone roll when she's struck by a direct attack (A direct attack is one that requires contact to be made with Blake, whether it be with body, weapon, or projectile. Attacks that land based on her sensing it with something other than touch are not direct attacks.) If it's a Success, she spends 1 Clone stack to mitigate the incoming damage to 1 while negating any negative status effects the attack would've incurred on her. Clones are unavailable against moves that Crit Succeed. Blake refreshes her Clone stacks back to 3 when she reaches 2/3 Health remaining, and again when she reaches 1/3 Health remaining.

Gambol Shroud: Blake's signature weapon, a 'Variable Ballistic Chain Scythe'. A fancy way of saying it's a mechanically advanced weapon capable of many different combat functions, the likes of which are quite common in her homeland. This one features a katana blade, a pistol built into its hilt, as well as a ribbon that Blake can use to swing herself and others around. Even the sheath can double as a large blade that can attach to the hilt over the katana.

Katana Slice: Blake quickly unsheathes her blade and cuts at her opponent. Watch out, it's really sharp, and the Huntress's speed makes it difficult to avoid.

Standard roll. Deals 2 Damage.

Black Instinct: Moving like a shadow and striking like a panther on the hunt, Blake's swordplay is both practiced and relentless. Any attempt to counter her seems to phase through her harmlessly.

Always goes first in a turn. 2 rolls. 1 damage for each Success. If either roll Succeeds, Blake's Aura Clones Auto Succeed for the rest of the turn.

Burst Fire: Blake takes aim and fires a quick volley of shots into her opponent. This would normally be deadly, but she has switched to non-lethal ammunition since arriving in this land riddled with midara.

3 rolls. Deals 1 damage for each Success.

Aimed Shot: Blake attempts to exploit an opponent's overextension by carefully aiming for their weak points and hitting them dead on. Her marksmanship doesn't match her team's leader, but it's enough to count on.

Only usable if the target Fails their previous attack, or has it successfully blocked by a Clone. Standard roll. Deals 3 damage.

Swinging Kick: Blake grabs onto something with Gambol Shroud's ribbon and swings around to both evade an opponent's attack and counter by taking her momentum directly into her opponent with a hard kick.

Always goes first in a turn. Standard roll. Gives direct attacks against Blake Disadvantage this turn. Deals 1 damage and inflicts Downed.

Ribbon Imprison: The Faunus's agility lets her literally run circles around her opponent, entangling them in the ribbon of Gambol Shroud. This leaves them wide open to further attacks.

Standard roll. Deals 1 damage and Binds. The Bind itself does no recurring damage, but all attacks made against the target while they're Bound have Advantage, and Blake can attack independently of this Bind. However, the target cannot be Stunned while Bound by this move.

Heart-Piercing Gaze: Blake locks eyes with her opponent, analyzing them while simultaneously letting them admire her beauty. By the time they realize what they're doing, they can already feel their heart skipping beats for the Huntress.

Standard roll. Deals 1 damage. Inflicts Charmed on the target and gives Blake Advantage for her next turn.

Storybook Romance: Blake shoots her opponent a quick, flirty smile before she goes to lock lips with them. Blake isn't a Midara, but she's still breathtakingly beautiful, and her kiss can only be described as pleasant. The will to fight her ebbs as your lips meet.

Standard roll. Deals 2 damage. Inflicts Fascinated if the target is Charmed.

Booty Bump: Blake knows her ass is a sight to behold, and will sometimes use it against her opponent. Only if she thinks it will be effective, however. On the occasion this technique is used, she grinds her prodigious rear into her target's hips before giving them a solid bump.

Standard roll. Deals 3 damage.

Entracing Derriere: Learned from midara and practiced against a few lucky volunteers (including Yang), Blake knows how to hypnotize people using the sight of her brilliant booty. A gentle sway, a nice jiggle, and a few honeyed words, and she can being her foes into a trance for her ass.

Standard roll. Deals 2 damage and inflicts Hypnotized.

A Perfect Seat: While not exactly proud of it when she does, Blake can resort to a devastating 'technique' she picked up from midara during her travels. Tripping her target up, she will sit directly on their face. Smothering both their body and will under her rear. She may even kick her feet up and read a book if her victim makes a good enough seat.

Only usable when at 1/3 Health or less. Standard roll. Deals 3 damage and Binds for 3 damage a turn.

Bumblebee: Yang and Blake are partners with a bond hardened and tested time and time again, they naturally mesh together when fighting by each other's side. This coordination confers them several special moves that use both of their turns in exchange for devastating effects. (None of these moves are affected by Yang's Burning Spirit)

Black and Yellow: Yang and Blake both rush a single target, and they must contend with the blonde's brute force and the Faunus's agile cuts at the same time. Needless to say, that's quite a tall order.

3 rolls. Deals 2 damage per Success.

Bait and Swing: Naturally, these partners watch each other's backs. When attacking Blake, don't be surprised to be knocked out cold by a fiery fist you didn't see coming, all while the cat vanishes from sight.

Can only be used when Blake successfully defends against an attack using Aura Clones. Auto Success. Deals 3 damage, makes Blake untargetable next turn, and gives her Advantage next turn.

Orbiting Sun: Blake throws her ribbon to Yang, who grabs on and uses recoil from Ember Celica to create momentum. Then, the black haired Huntress swings her partner around and sends them directly into their enemies for meteoric impact.

Standard roll. Deals 5 damage to a single target, or 3 damage to all enemies. If this move Fails, Yang is left Off Balance. If this move Crit Fails, Yang is Stunned but Blake is not Off Balanced nor Stunned.

Team Pose: Yang winks to her partner, who rolls her eyes but inevitably goes along with her plan. They both strike a seductive pose, emphasizing the blonde's rack and Blake's booty. It looks like they practiced this.....

Auto Succeeds. Deals 2 damage to all enemies and inflicts Disadvantage.

Tag Team Special: Yang pins a target down with her body and calls Blake over for a hand. Despite her reluctance, Blake takes a seat on the unlucky (or very lucky) person, grinding their crotch. Her busty partner then smothers them with her chest, overloading them with a tits and ass combo. However, if one of them gets thrown off, they will let the other continue the hold on their own.

Standard roll. Inflicts 2 simultaneous Bind attacks on the target. Each Bind deals 2 damage each turn, with one exploiting Ass fetish and the other exploiting Boob fetish. The target may choose which Bind to roll to struggle out of first.

Weaknesses

Breasts: Blake can't ignore an attractive pair of boobs, a fascination that Yang may or may not have had a hand in giving her.

Blake has Disadvantage on escaping Breast-based Binds.

Kisses: An intimate display of affection right out of the storybooks, and it only feels better thanks to how often Midara have such plump and tantalizing lips. Why wouldn't Blake love a kiss?

Kiss attacks have a chance to Charm Blake.
