Anyone know a good animationist that does commission work?

I was wondering because I would like to commission an animation involving a guy and a girl versing each other in battle but the girl only uses kiss based attacks to weaken her foe and claim victory over him. If anyone else would like to get in on this or possible pool some money together to make a really good animation, let me know here!

I think Jackurai might be a good choice, I don't know his prices, but it's worth trying!
