A "harmless" villain who rarely steals, much less anything of import. She is also largely non-violent, her only crimes end with major inconveniences for individual citizens. Smooch Sanzoku is an attractive young woman who wears tastefully revealing clothing when committing her crimes. She has voluminous black hair and plump, unnaturally red lips.
Quirk: Kiss Catatonia
Her kisses leave lip-shaped markings that restrict the victim's movements. One kiss will cause mild soreness while moving, while dozens of kisses will leave the victim completely unable to move, save for eye movement and vital internal functions such as breathing and blood pumping. The effect wears off after a few hours, is more effective with fewer simultaneous victims, and has no long-lasting side effects.
Due to the nature of her quirk, she tends to only target one persona at a time. Despite her quirk lacking in impact, she has significant athletic ability and martial talent.
