Description: Edmund is a nobleman who'd fallen head over heels for the status he was born into and the romanticized image it was often offered to the world at large. The money, the fame, the importance, the women, and because of all of this, he'd gotten it rather stubbornly in his head that he would dedicate himself to that image. Yet, despite the years of schooling and training in both combat and magic, he remained ever arrogant with his position as a noble. Almost as if he was assured that the world itself loved him and that he deserved great things, especially since he was one of the top students at his academy.

One day, however, all that puffed up arrogance finally came to bite him in his oh-so noble ass. Summoning Familiars was something that all those versed in magic as much as he was had to try at some point or another. Typically, those who studied in magic would be deemed allowed to summon their first Familiar after graduation, where students would be deemed skilled enough to control whatever they chose with the right precautions. He was warned many times against summoning Demons, most especially those who would seek to take advantage of the Demon Pact that shifts itself to favor those who would be abused by the other. However, he refused to listen, wishing to master a Demon of great intellect and wit, to call himself its superior!

Through a combination of genuine thought and a little bit of his own "fondness" for women, he elected to summon a Succubus. He got his wish, summoning a beautiful Succubus by the name of Selene, and though he was supposedly the "master", he tried to be courteous and well-mannered, to make the relationship amicable... in his own little cocky way. Selene rolled with it, telling him all that he wanted to hear and even whispering suggestions into his ear, and in spite of all the warnings and advice, he fell for every word of it.

Not even a month had passed when Edmund had found himself at a point of no return in the Pact, having been fooled into taking actions that the intangible contract considered a sleight against Selene, shifting the balance completely in her favor. The noble mage was now stuck in a position where he'd be forced to do whatever she wished of him... and she did nothing. At first flabbergasted, Edmund would soon come to find out that Selene was a Succubus of the sin of Sloth, and as a result was the laziest Demon he could've possibly summoned. She didn't care what he did, so long as it involved as little effort on her part as feasibly possible. In fact, Selene was overjoyed to be summoned, for this was her chance to be summoned into a life of pure luxury and self-indulgence... and the fact that such an overtouted, gullible fop was her summoner had given her the life she'd always wanted.
