Well. At least the ice was doing what ice usually does. Eventually, Lewis just...completely froze.

The woman continued with her spell, sending the man's mind into a thicker fog of lust.

"Ghk.....GRAH!" Another attempt at breaking free. Another amount of pure anger...!

In a shocking turn of events, Lewis not only managed to shatter the ice prison but something else was amiss... The spell, Iris noticed that the spell she was casting on him was gone. How could this be possible? She wasn't pleased and it was evident on her face. "You little... What did you do?"

Lewis fell to his knees, gasping as he broke form the ice. Taking a deep breath, he stood up, getting into a fighting stance. He knew he didn't have much left in him. Whatever she had done had siphoned a lot of strength from him.

"I might lose this...But I'm not going down without a fight...!"

Iris was still shocked by the man's iron resolve when his attack reached her, first a stomp, then two punches to her head and finally a headbutt. This dirty way of fighting, something so lowly and vile, this really got on Iris' nerves. "You insect, coward." Before Lewis could do anything else, a burst of petals pushed him away and four blue roses bloomed around the clearing.

The burst of petals became a storm the moment the roses bloomed. This storm was clearly having an effect on Lewis but Iris remained unaffected by it. "You will pay, insect."

With a roar, he attempted to charge forward, making for a Heartbreak Shot once more.

Lewis didn't care about the flowers that just bloomed out of the ground, he was too focused on keep attacking the arrogant woman in front of him but the winds were too strong and made him slow enough for Iris to avoid his attack with ease. During that brief moment, he could see the woman conjuring something but what? There was no way for the man to know at the moment. One thing was for sure, he needed to be careful now or he might end up regretting it...

Lewis grunted. "Getting annoyed with your magical shenanigans here, lady!" Maybe he needed to attack one of the Roses?

Lewis aimed with rage at one of the roses and Iris watched with amusement how she failed to find the right one. The storm was raging more and more and their flowery scent was starting to fill Lewis with a feeling of relaxation.

The smell was rather overpowering...But he refused to let this stop him. With a cough, he lunged forward, swinging at another rose.

Another furious punch, another rose destroyed and yet, Iris made no effort to stop him or slow him down. She just kept watching him run around with an amused smug smile on her face.

The storm was getting annoying, but as Lewis began to focus, began to relax, everything around him began to fade. Stomping a foot, he swung at another rose.

This time, Lewis managed to strike the real rose holding the storm together. The moment the magic flower exploded from his punch, the storm died down. He could hear condescending clapping and the moment he turned around a cage made of ivy vines trapped him. "Not bad for an insect. So I'll give you a choice. Choose wisely, insect." At her command, two fruits appeared, hanging from the vines inb front of the man: a blue fruit and a red fruit. There was something suspicious about these fruits but he had no choice but to pick one...

"....." Lewis glared at the fruits, and at the woman before him...before snatching the red one and taking a bite. "Thank you, I suppose." Is just..munching.

The moment Lewis finishes eating the fruit, he can feel his body rejuvenate but, at the same time, the witch's magic taking over him once again. And just like that, the cage was gone, the only thing remaining there with the man was the smug witch right in front of him.

Slowly clenching his fists, he charged forward once again. This time, he fought to win...! "Round two, lady!"

The woman wasn't expecting such a quick rush from Lewis, his quick attack sent her back against a tree, which clearly annoyed her. "You little... Playtime is over, insect!" Iris raised a hand and a magic spiral appeared in front of her, catching Lewis' gaze, who felt attracted and trapped by the spinning spiral. "Lose yourself in the spiral... Keep watching... Stare... Fall..."

A small smile formed on his face as the attack landed. But it was short lived, as the spiral formed before him. He couldn't look away....! He...had to lose himself. He had to...fall.

Lewis' willpower surpased Iris' magic once again, he lunged forwards delivering another viceral strike at the woman, drawing blood once again. This time she did feel the attack, she was starting to grow tired of this. Using her whip, Iris tried to draw the man closer to trap him into a magical embrace but Lewis was faster, he dodged with great skill and took a brief moment to leave some space between him and the woman.

A small smile made it's way to his face, as he attempted to follow up with a sudden punch. "I don't plan on going down without a fight!"

Lewis tried to press his advantage but Iris wasn't going to have any of that, she created a wall of vines in front of her that stopped Lewis' punch before it could connect, sadly for her, with the wall in the way, she couldn't take advantage of this.

The wall didnt deter Lewis in the slightest. He felt reinvigorated. Charging forward once more, tried to keep up the assault.

Lewis wasn't going to allow the woman to catch a break now, he continued his assault and punched through the wall again, the first one broke the wall and the fragments of it hit Iris sending her back a few steps but enough to avoid his second punch but the third one found it's mark. Iris was running out of patience with this one, she was giving thoughts to just send him away, no more playing with this one...
