This is some prime material, folks. I mean, wow...
I feel like one of the developers had to have a fetish for this. The amount of effort put into 1) the prominence of the snake babes' lips, 2) the kissing animation, 3) the voicelines, and 4) the huge, plump puckered lips of the blown kisses, and the fact that said blown kisses have a kissing animation as well (it's not too easy to see, given the graphical fidelity here, but still!) is really just amazing. A great find for sure!

The first file is the save states. Trust me, you'll need them; otherwise, you'll have to play through the whole game up to World 5-2, where they first appear. The second is the actual emulator, along with Bug Too!. Just 'Run ISO' and click the Bug Too!.cue file to start up the game. Then press f5, click 'kissysnakes.yss', and it should load you up just nearby the Snake Babes.
Oh my, this is crazy good! Question: Do these enemies appear in another level where they are more visible? The cage bars kinda make things difficult to see... Or even better, is there a way to get into those cages??

Oh my, this is crazy good! Question: Do these enemies appear in another level where they are more visible? The cage bars kinda make things difficult to see... Or even better, is there a way to get into those cages??
I tried to use free movement, but the only way to see past the bars is to juggle my character model, which made taking these screenshots hard to do. with some texture modding you could make the cages invisible

Thanks for those! Sadly, I think this is the only level they are on. These snake enemies do appear one last time in the ending 3D sequence right after you beat the game. No kissing though, just awkwardly dancing with the rest of the enemies encountered throughout the game. It's barely animated.
