Policy on bringing back old threads?

I'd like to get back into the swing of things down in the RP section and I'm going to bring back characters I had posted way back when. Since I don't know if there's a hard rule for necroposting as it is, should I bump the old character threads or make new ones?

There have been some pretty old Midara sheets bumped lately because people just like the old concepts and want them brought back into discussion, so I'd say go for it! I'm not a mod though, just offering my two cents

Well yeah, that's part of why I asked.
But if enough people say it's all right, then I don't really need to worry about it.

Yeah, you're completely fine. There is nothing wrong with necroing old threads here.
