Its horrifically painful to read... part of me thinks hes doing it to annoy people and needs hitting with a ban but maybe im just being vengeful tonight

Impatient can be debated, And Im sure somone else can either correct me or you after this, But I say you're disrespectful and impatient because of your general attitude around the forum, So let me get some examples, My friend.

You don't like it -> Try to make the writer (sarcasticspidey) change his writing style in an agressive manner =(which menas) be disrespectful -> You are scolded by us.
Easier to understand...Maybe. Anyways, every artist has a way to write, Anon and Caustic have their style, and Sarcastic Spideyt here has his style too, and although he may not have "sexi" and kissing right away, it will have them eventually. Do like any rational guy (or girl) would do, and if you don't like it for his, don't blame him, and look at the ones you like. Everyone happy,right?

And for the original thread, since Yuna is right, we are REALLY derailing (pun not intended) from it's original meaning... i'd say it's pretty good for me. Hope to see how it continues.

Honestly if more issues like this pop up and theres no objections I might just make a thread dedicated to venting and stuff like this.

I just read everything I missed. I must say, you guys sure know how to bring action to a thread haha. Especially you yuna, your comments and pictures had me rolling on the floor(that Elmo one was absolutely perfect!) And thanks to everyone else for defending and supporting my case. I don't have anything to say to this "gangsta" as everything's really been said already. This chapter will get more into the plant, and though it'll be weird, please have an open mind considering the subject material. Sorry about the delay but here it is! Hope you enjoy!

Chapter 3: Grow for Me

"Dammit!", muttered Daniel. "I've given you everything you needed to grow: plenty of sunlight, water, fertilizer. Hell I even gave you minerals and pot ash! You stupid plant!" Daniel stared right at the pod sitting on his bedside table. It drooped down and its leaves were dry. "I can't give you to Maddie like this! What is it you want? What do you need?", he asked, bending down to take a closer inspection at the bud. "Wow. I'm so crazy I'm actually talking to a plant. Fine, you wanna die you stubborn little plant? Be my guest." Daniel took his laptop on his desk on plopped on his bed. It was small, but very comfortable. He looked over to the bud one more time before giving his attention to his laptop and opening it. Right as he pulled up his search engine, he jumped up from his bed, leaving his laptop on it. "Stupid me!", he thought to himself. "I better lock the door." Daniel went over to his bedroom door and turned the lock. He returned to his position and pulled up his favorite porn site. "Really wish Maddie was open to sex, or at least did something for me. I'm glad we get to make out but that's not enough sometimes. Oh well. When she's ready I guess.", Daniel thought to himself as he pulled up a video and exposed his member, gently stroking it. He heard a sudden noise, like a rustling of leaves, though it didn't come from the video. He quickly turned his head to the plant and looked at it intently. It was right where he left it. "Great. Now I'm hearing things too.", he said. Returning to his video, he continued his business, but heard the rustling again. This time, as he turned his head, he could've sworn he saw the bud and its leaves move. He ignored it though and went on. After finally reaching climax, he sighed a breath of relief and stood up to get a tissue off his desk. As Daniel stood up though, he saw the bud move up. He turned his attention to it. Its leaves rustled and its slit on its bud moved, making it look like puckering lips. The puckering bud made kissing noises as Daniel looked at it in surprise and confusion. "What made you do that?", he asked softly, his seed still all over his hand. The plant stretched its bud towards his messy hand and Daniel understood. "This is insane. What sort of plant eats... this? I can't believe I'm about to do this", he thought as he reached his hand out to the plant. To his amazement, the bud opened up, revealing a tiny tongue. It looked similar to the inside of a human's mouth. The tongue lapped up the fluids on his hand. It tickled, but he moved it around, allowing the bud to eat everything on it, leaving his hand completely cleaned. Daniel looked at the plant, whose bud stood straight up like it did when he first found it. He stared at his hand, and then back to the plant. "Weird....", he thought as he unlocked his door and left, leaving the plant on his bedside table.


Maddie clinged her arm tightly around Daniel's, a warm smile fixated on her face as they walked down the sidewalk. It was a beautiful sunset, perfect for a walk. "So... what'd you get me?", she asked sweetly, moving her head up to look at him and batting her eyelashes. Daniel grinned and let out a laugh. "Well that'd ruin the surprise now wouldn't it? Let's just say I got you something awesome." But Daniel's turned to annoyance as he realized a fatal flaw in his gift. "How can I give her that plant if it eats what I think it eats? How'd I explain that to her? No, I'll just have to get her something else." "Okay, if you say so Danny!", Maddie cheerfully exclaimed. "Well, this is my stop." The pair walked up to Maddie's porch and embraced each other. Maddie leaned up, puckering her lips and Daniel's eyes bulged in shock. It reminded him of what happened earlier that day with the plant. He shook his head to clear what happened. He accepted it and kissed her passionately. After a few minutes, they broke the kiss and looked into each other's eyes, Maddie looking at his adoringly. "I'll see ya tomorrow Mad.", Daniel said as he walked down the steps and away from her home. Maddie called out, "I can't wait to see my present!", before excitedly running inside her house. Daniel shuddered. "What can I possibly get her now that'd be perfect?", he thought as he strolled back to his residence.

As soon as he returned to his house, Daniel rushed upstairs and went back to his room. His eyes practically bulged out of their sockets at the sight. The plant grew exponentially, its bud and leaves about 3 times bigger than they were before, and that was only a few hours ago. Daniel decided not to think about it. It was a weird plant that ate weird stuff. Of course it has a weird way of growing. Heck, he wouldn't have been surprised if it talked to him or something. "Daniel dear! Time for dinner!" Audrey's loving maternal voice called up the stairs. Daniel looked back at his plant as he went to the door. "Coming mom!", he called down, as he took a final look at the pod and closed the door behind him

Well,the topic has been made in the Off tpic section. So, now focusing in the story, I'm affraid I'm not very familiarized with the Little Shop of Horrors,and although I came to understand a bit of the background by what you wrote, is it neccesary for me to have known it in order to understand the rest of the story you're about to write?

Just as a personal note for everyone: I don't mind that this thread derailed a bit. I'm not mad and I'm not blaming any of you. I believe it was good to try and explain to our friend (you know the one) how he was in the wrong (or at least expressing himself inappropriately. It also gave me a few laughs, and some of you too I'm sure, so that's always okay in my book.

Anon- thank you so much! I'm glad you're enjoying it so far. The action will only intensify from here I promise you.

Joakinter- It's alright you're not familiar with Little Shop of Horrors- I figured not everyone would be anyways. It's not necessary to know about it to be able follow this story, as it will focus more on this character Daniel than his parents (the protagonists from Little Shop). You might want to be aware of the plant though. In little shop or horrors, seymour, a florist worker, finds an unusual plant and discovers it grows by eating blood. The more it eats, the bigger and stronger it becomes. He eventually finds out its a plant from outer space and he and Audrey(Co worker seymour's in love with) end up killing it and getting married. Mind you this is the ending of the 1986 movie version. The ending of the original, actual musical basically involves the plant taking over the world. If you're a fan of musicals, especially kinda campy fun ones, I'd suggest checking it out. It's funny and has some great performances in it. If you don't want to but want to know more, you could look up a synopsis of it. Hopefully I helped and cleared some things up for you. This is the only literature topic I plan on being a sequel to something. Everything else will be stand alone material

I see. Well, I kind of don't like musicals, so I'll stay with the movie ending you told me (and since its an old movie I would have never found it on my own, guess it's a forgivable spoiler lol) anyways, looking foward to reading the rest! Keep up the good work.

Ok, I think I have gotten the jest of what is going on here after reading all of the comments. This has gotten off course but Spidey is still trying to write a story here, so this is what I'm proposing.

I will keep this topic unlocked so far as Spidey keeps up with his story AND people provide CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM OR PRAISE. Anything else could end up as a possible warning for the user or ban if it comes to that.

Also, I can't police this site 24/7 and read every topic that pops up so if you see any type of disturbance on this board, please PM me and I will take care of it immediately. Seeing as this all started about seven days ago and if it was brought to my attention, I could of stopped it before it has gotten this far.

guametsunami, we try to keep this board as respectful as we can. A lot of other places could of banned you from what you have wrote to Spidey but I am willing to give you a second chance. If you offend or put down another person for their writing style again, I will not hesitate to have you banned.

I hope that I have cleared this debate up and put a stop to it. I also have seen that a rant topic was put up and I think that is a good idea for people to vent their anger but please, no personal attacks on that board.

Okay so quick question mkmd. What defines me keeping up with the story? I'll post as often as I can but I'm pretty busy haha. And though I'd love feedback or constructive criticism, I'll still continue without it. I just don't want my topics locked lol, at least until I have a conclusion to them

Just as long as things dont derail again, the topic will remain open. I know how everyone gets busy this time of year so you dont have to worry about it being closed for inactivity.
