The mind control on the minion lasts (dice roll-2) rounds, or until he gets defeated. The minion will jump in the way of all the attacks that target the temptress, unless an ability says otherwise. If a minion is slain or recovers, the temptress must make a dice roll and score 5 or higher for the action to be succesful again.

As Drake prepares to lunge at the minion with his blades, thoughts he wrote down in his diary fill his mind. I absolutely have to trust others and cooperate as a team. Next time I'm up against a midara, I'll do my best to be a good partner to whomever I'm with.

He stops and looks over to Logan. "Hey, if we work together, we should be able to take this guy out quickly. I'll get him up close and you shoot from a distance. I don't think he can take abuse from both of us." Drake jumps towards the minion and tries to stab him with his daggers, and plans to try to hold him still for Logan's arrows to hit their mark.

You're too weak to fend for yourself, so you charm men into doing your dirty work for you. At least the last midara I fought actually took me on, used some tricks sure, but they didn't hide behind minions and lackeys. And we're about to prove just how weak you are!"

Drake jumps into the air like an acrobat, then points his daggers down at the Acolyte as he falls towards her.

Well that was a waste, for both of us. We were both expecting attacks and they just made buffs on themselves. As long as we work together though I think we still have a chance.

I say we take on the angel right now, and as soon as those barriers disappear, we finish off the Acolyte. Agreed?," Drake asks, going in for am attack on the angel.
