Joanna, the Fateweaver Midara

Visual Description: 

A charming 1.80m (5'11 if you use those annoying units) tall healthy young woman, her nape level snow white hair (Like 2B's but longer) and natural beautiful face are only amplified by her black net-like shirt, covering only her upper torso, yet tight fitting enough to leave her D cup breasts to be fantasised about, her shapely abs and back are very much exposed for the delight of everyone who looks at her. She uses tight grey leggings that emphasize her thick thighs and for foot wear she uses low heels that nearly don't change her size, emphasizing how she doesn't need them to look tall.


Encounter description: 

As a fateweaver the PC (Player Character) will find her just about anywhere, she will then ask the player if they wanna know about their future (even though she never tells them), if the player refuses she will relay some personal information (just about enough to convince them) and see if they bite... the rest is history.


Abilities:

Bound by Fate (Passive): Every time Joanna hits the enemy PC with an skill she stacks 1 FATE on them, after 4 stacks their next roll, unless guaranteed to succeed, becomes an auto miss, upon activation, the PC loses 4 stacks of FATE (Yes, bound by fate can proc round after round). Crits apply 2 Stacks of FATE

Reluctancy (BbF secondary passive): PC outright gains 4 Stacks of FATE if they pass a turn (if you don't wanna win you really won't)


Fateful meeting (Passive Last one i swear): Joanna knows her enemy's weaknesses, but she can only exploit one of 'em. The enemy Loses all except one of their weaknesses, at the same time, she also knows her opponent's resistances, but they aren't changed.


Fateful Hug (Active): Pulls the PC into a hug, smothering their face against her breasts. Deals 2 dmg and binds, also allows her to use gentle caress during the bind, she cannot use anything else though. (the bind doesn't deal continuous damage)


Gentle Caress (Active): Joanna strokes the hair of a the smothered PC, dealing 2dmg and leaving them ENTRANCED for 4 turns (Disadvantage on Attack rolls, and in this case takes 1 FATE stack when removed)


Assertive Foot (Active): The PC is knocked to the ground, and then Joanna uses one of her feet to arouse the PC however she sees fit. deals 3dmg


Cruel Pain (Active): Joanna kicks the PC in whatever area she wishes (up to GM again = yes, feel free to CBT this) dealing 2dmg and appling CRIPPLED to the PC (Disadvantage in non-attack rolls) for 2 turns.


Lipstick of Fate (Active): Joanna will ask the PC "Which colour?" without much explanation about what she means, the PC can choose to answer or not, regardless soon she will open her arms and the PC will suddenly be teleported towards her as her lips change colour to the PC's liking (Or GM's pleasure), then she holds the PC and kisses them somewhere around their neck/face, leaving a bright, perfect mark of her lips. Deals 2dmg, and leaves a “lipstick of fate” debuff on the victim, this debuff doubles fate stacks on the victim, and yes, this debuff CAN stack on itself


Unescapable Scissors (Active): Joanna uses her magic to teleport the PC to their knees, on all fours, when realization strikes them Joanna will close her thighs, pressing tightly against the PC's neck. Deals 2 damage and binds. Deals 1 damage per turn while bound


To the ground (Unescapable Scissors secondary passive): If the player fails a Struggle roll Joanna will bring both of them to the ground, turning the Bind into a fateful bind giving the PC disadvantage on struggle rolls and dealing 1 dmg + 1 FATE stack per turn to the bound victim.


Gentle molestation (Active): Joanna gropes a part of the target PC, deals 2dmg. Applies CRIPPLED if PC has a weakness/fetish towards her grope


Seductive Hypnosis (Active): Joanna adjusts her hair a bit and inclines towards the enemy PC, giving them an ample view of her breasts, her eyes then glow pink and hypnotize the enemy, but she doesn't inflict Hypnosis, instead she charms and applies ENTRANCED to them for 2 turns, if they are already ENTRANCED she compels them to masturbate for her inflicting a mindbind on them (no charm tho), deals 1dmg when used at first and keeps dealing 1dmg every turn they are bound.



Wheel of fate (Finisher): Joanna uses her magical eyes to compel the PC to spin a wheel behind them, if successful, the PC will turn around and see a wheel containing all their Fetishes and they will spin it, then Joanna will make the PC's wildest dreams become real, all that using her magic, of course. This skill is not simple Hypnosis, it cannot be resisted by skills or resistances, also the wheel will always land on the PC's most wished spot... what? It's fate.

Also, this skill can only be used once so… yeah.


NOTES AND REFERENCES:

ENTRANCED = Disadvantage on all attack rolls for X turns

CRIPPLED = Disadvantage on all non-attack rolls for X turns

Lipstick of Fate = Doubles FATE stacking numers

FATE = Bitch pls, the whole midara is based around this
