A Grand Time. (Flynn, Test and Mei-Mei vs. Raine)

Flynn and Mei-Mei were traveling the country looking for clues about the missing people and attacked towns. A letter suddenly poofed into existence. in front of them and they came to a stop.

"It's a letter from the Royal Magician." the martial artists explained to her new companion as she picked it up. She quickly read the message. "Okay, it looks like we've got a lead and I'm supposed to met up with a knight nearby to bust this baddy!"

“Let’s go get it done then,” He sighed, “Any information on this baddy, or are we going in blind?”

"They seem to be leading an army of slime girls." Mei-Mei said as she scooped the mage up in a bridal carry and started running.

“Do you find it fun to torment me like this?” He asked as he allowed her to carry him, knowing this was his fastest means of transportation.

"A little." Mei-Mei admitted as she dashed full speed to where she was supposed to meet the knight.

Flynn just let out an elongated sigh as he went along with the ride.

"There are less comfortable ways I could have carried you." the martial artist mention as she arrived at the rendezvous point.

Flynn remained silent, knowing she was right and not wanting to admit it.

Test arrived at the rendezvous point, not long after them. "I see you got Val's letter." He said to Mei-Mei as he entered the clearing. "Who's your friend?" He added upon spotting Flynn

"This is Flynn." Mei-Mei said as she held up the mage still in her arms. "He's a mage who's agreed to help us out."

"That's good." Test replied with an approving nod. Having a wizard around was always good when dealing with slimes, they tended to be frustratingly resistant to conventional weapons. He shouldered his halberd and turned to enter the town. "Let's go deal with this thing before it does any more damage."

“Please tell me you are less energetic than her,” Flynn sighed as he got out of Mei-Mei’s arms.

"Don't worry. I'm not. It's hard to be as energetic as Mei-Mei." Test replied, glancing towards the martial artist. "I assume she picked a fight with you as well?" He asked the mage.

Mei-Mei nodded to Test and ran ahead. She quickly came to a stop however when she spotted several different colored slime girls burst out of multiple buildings. Each of the midara were carrying helpless people further into the town.

“She did,” Flynn replied, letting out a sigh of relief hearing that he wasn’t so energetic, as he walked up to see what Mei-Mei spotted, “And you haven’t introduced yourself yet.”

"I'm Test, knight of the Eastern Kingdom. But further introductions can wait until after we deal with that." The adventurer said hurriedly drawing his weapon and giving chase to the viscous midara.

The group chased the after the slimes, who led them to the center of town, where even more slimes where waiting.

The slimy women slammed into the ones already there and fused into a massive multi-colored slime woman. She towered over the group and the would be heroes could see the townspeople floating helplessly within her liquid body.

"That's... not what I was expecting." Mei-Mei said as she stared up at the woman behind the attacks.


Flynn: 30 Willpower
Test: 30 Willpower
Mei-Mei: 30 Willpower

Raine: 30 Stamina

"I have never seen anything like that before." Test breathlessly exclaimed. Just as shocked as his companion. But there was no time for cowering in fear or wonder, not when the locals needed rescuing. Test raised his halberd and charged, hoping he could even hurt the massive creature.

Overwhelm

Flynn let out a sigh of relief seeing that they only had to face one opponent, something that should easily be taken down by his curses.

Flynn was the only one of the three who was able to get an attack off before the giant slime's various colors began to swirl and dance hypnotically. All three of the heroes were overwhelmed with the urge to throw themselves into body.



Flynn: 29 Willpower + Must use action to Bind self.
Test: 29 Willpower + Must use action to Bind self.
Mei-Mei: 29 Willpower + Must use action to Bind self.

Raine: 29 Stamina + 1 Cursed Mark

Flynn wobbled over to the slime in a daze, walking straight into its body.

Test quickly joined him, burying his face in her goo.

Flynn, Test and Mei-Mei all mindlessly walked toward the giant slime and willingly threw themselves into her gooey embrace.

Raine: 29 Stamina + 1 Cursed Mark

Once he was in there, the texture of the slime girl threw him out of the trance he was in, and Flynn hoped he would come out as easy as he went in.

The squishy goo woke Test from his stupor. He immediately began to try and struggle free of the mass.
