That was when it clicked for Sieq... the maids lied to him about Alissa giving him the collar and leash. "I am sorry, Lady Alissa. I beg of your forgiveness." He said then bailed as fast as he could, looking for his clothes that the maids took.

He would've tried to speak if he wasn't gagged... but he was, so he just devoted what focus he had to cleaning his clothes so he would be presentable for Lady Alissa.
