Sieq VS Elise

Sieq is heading to a nearby forest, in search of a dangerous midara who have been enslaving some of the villagers. The forest looks gloomy and the sky seems to be darkening a lot earlier than it should.

Sieq marched through the woods on his toes, the hairs and maybe even the scales on his arms and legs standing on end. Something wasn't right, and this may have been an unwise bounty to hunt down. But, he wasn't going to flee, at least not now.

A large, purple-ish spider jumps out from a web above Sieq, and points it’s fangs at him.
Sieq: 30 WP
Spiderling: 2 HP
[I’ll let you go first.]

"Hey! Get away, shoo!" Sieq shouted at the Spiderling, not trusting this creature he had never seen or heard of before. Before it could even attempt to bite him, he tried to weave some lightning and give the critter a zap.

Draconic Bolt

[Venom Bite: 74 - Success]

The spider was quick to dodge the bolt and leaps at Sieq, biting his arm in the process.

Sieq: 29,5 WP (Poison: 2 Turns left)
Spiderling: 2 HP

"Ow! Damn thing!" Sieq swore as he tried to tear the spider away with his other arm, using his thunder to rip it and send it flying.

Dragon Claw

The spider writhed in pain as Sieq’s claws made contact with it.

Sieq: 28.5 WP (All remaining poison stacks applied.)

Sieq made sure the Spiderling was well away from him before he moved on. This was dangerous... he reached into his pouch for a quick snack to keep his strength up. Hopefully, that spider's venom or poison or whatever wouldn't be too hard on him.

Emergency Provisions

Sieq pulled out a pack of candy and starts to eat some of it.

Sieq: 31.5 WP, +1 damage taken for next 2 turns

[Does the additional damage taken apply in the next fight or doesn’t apply at all?]

(Hmm, I'd say it will wear off if Sieq goes long enough without getting into a fight, but if he gets into one right away, it will apply.)

Sieq smiled softly from the sweet candy and then kept walking deeper into the forest, knowing that one spider wasn't the cause of the problems here.

[Encounter: 45 - Fail]

Sieq continues to wander deeper into the forest, the winds giving him a quick giggle.

This was getting nowhere fast, and with his luck, he would walk into an ambush. Regardless, he kept pressing on. His patience hadn't worn thin yet.

Still wandering in the woods, Sieq swear he could see a feminine shadow behind the trees.

Sieq decided to follow the shadow, it was the only lead he had. He tried to watch his step in the darkness and avoid bumbling into any traps.

Sieq couldn’t really trace down where the shadow came from, so he kept wandering.

"Now I'm just getting lost...." Sieq said to himself as he wandered around aimlessly, looking for any sort of trail or sign to follow.

[Encounter: 28 - Success]

A nearby small cave seems to have purple smoke coming out of it.

That was about as suspicious as anything else out here. Sieq took a deep breath and marched into the cave, looking for the source of all of this disturbance.

The cave seems to have a lot of webbing around places, suggesting that this might be a nest.
(Sorry for inactivity, I was pretty busy today.)

"Probably related to those spiders from earlier. This isn't good." Sieq said as he ventured into the nest to hopefully exterminate this infestation.

The samw shadow appears in a distant corner of the cave with a giggle.

"Hey! Who are you?" Sieq shouted at the shadow, directly approaching it to finally get to the bottom of this.

“Why don’t you come and find out~?” A feminine and soft voice echoes from the shadow.

Sieq gulped, knowing he didn't imagine that voice. He continued deeper, his nerves tense as he approached the woman.

At the end of the tunnel, Sieq finds himselves entangled in soft and silky webs, as a beautiful lady in purple gazes at him from the center of her lair.
