Thomas as a Midara Wrestling League Star!

The man shook his head as he tried to get his mind cleared. Although he wasn't able to stop his eyes from wandering around the gym.

There were lots of Midara around, but none that he recognized and none that seemed to seek any of his direct attention.

Well, since he was already here, Thomas decided to go for a morning jog on the treadmills.

Encounter (56) Success

Thomas climbed onto a treadmill for a jog, and a chocolate-skinned beauty took up the treadmill next to him. "Hey there, Thomas, been a while. How have you been doing?" Joy asked, as effortlessly attractive as ever.

"Hey, Joy." Thomas greeted with a little wave. "I guess it has been a while. I'm doing alright. How about you?"

"Doing great, I had a big win yesterday and went on a date to celebrate it." She answered with a proud smile on her shiny lips. "Have you been winning your matches lately?" She asked him.

"Lost both of my fights yesterday." Thomas replied a bit sheepishly.

"Aw, that's a bummer. I was kinda hoping you'd say you were on a win streak. Well, how about breaking the loss streak instead?" Joy suggested, hoping to rub some optimism off onto Thomas.

"That'd certainly be nice." Thomas said. "If I challenge you to a match, promise not to just let me win?"

"Promise. You won't feel as bad about your loss streak if it means a kiss or three from me~" Joy answered him with a wink, accepting his challenge.

"Great." the man replied as he got off his treadmill. "I'll go set it up. See you soon. "

Joy nodded and kept up her jog for the time being, and it was clear she was excited for the challenge. "Set it up for as soon as you can, if you'd please." She told him with a grin.

"Will do." Thomas replied before he headed off to arrange their match.

Encounter (27) Fail

The registry area wasn't far from the gym, and Thomas arrived without incident and found no line to delay him further. "Hey, Thomas. Looking for another match?" The receptionist asked, familiar enough with him by now.

"Yeah. I'd like to set one up with Joy if I can." Thomas told the receptionist.

"Oh, sure. And when do you want it to go down?" The receptionist asked as she began typing up the necessary preparations on her end.

"As early as I can." Thomas replied.

"Got it... then, head to the waiting room and you'll be called as soon as it's time. It should be in no more than half an hour." The receptionist answered, doing the work on her end to set up their bout.

"Thanks." Thomas said with a nod before he headed off to the waiting room.

Thomas went in and sat down, and he had only just barely gotten comfortable by the time someone peeked inside and let him know it was time for him to enter the ring.

Well, that felt like no time at all. Rolling his shoulders, Thomas headed out to the ring.

Inside the ring, with glitz and glamor all around fitting for the charming diva, Joy was blowing the crowd kisses with an excited, exuberant energy. Then, when Thomas stepped in, she turned to him, gave him a wink, and blew him a little kiss. "Ready to start the show?" She asked him with a chuckle.

Thomas: 30 Willpower
Joy: 30 Stamina

"No reason to keep the fans waiting." Thomas replied as he immediately reached for his trusty whip.
