So, I thought I'd preface this by saying I've been playing Reign of Succubus recently, and its given me an itch to play a more traditional RP system. You know, one that isn't just a coin flip like our current system. So here's something loosely inspired by it.
---
Premise:
The Island of Paradise, an uncharted island said to be filled with countless treasures and inhabited by women who are eager to please. What those tales left out is the fact those women aren't human. Now you find yourself shipwrecked on the mythical island.
---
Rules:
Let's get into the mechanics. Instead of rolling a hundred sided die to see if a move works, combat is going to be a roll of a d6 + your modifiers vs a d6 + your opponent's modifiers, with the difference being the damage your attack did.
Out of Combat will also have rolls, but instead it, it will be d6 + your Modifiers vs a flat DC. If your total is higher, you pass. If lower, you fail the action.
Fleeing combat will be a d100 vs a DC, with the DC depending on the opponent.
So I've talked about modifiers, so let's get into those, shall we?
Stats:
HP: <- This is your health. IF it reaches zero you lose the fight/get knocked out.
Technique: <-This will be added to your attack rolls against the ladies of the island.
Toughness: <-This is added to your roll defending from the ladies attack.
Strength: <-This is used for combat and skill checks against things that aren't ladies.
Resilience: <-Your defense stat against outside of lady combat.
Charm: <- IF your Charm is equal or greater than your opponent's Charm then you can try and recruit them to your party.
That's right, you can recruit the ladies of the island to help you out. They won't directly help in combat against other ladies, but they'll have passive powers and will be able to help in other situations. When trying to recruit, make your case for why they should help you out. This can give you a positive or negative modifier based on the personality of the woman you're talking to.
-Players are limited to 2 active Ladies at a time. They can switch who they have active at any safe zone.
Upon your HP reaching zero a d6 is rolled, and the corresponding stat will be temporarily lowered by 1. IF a 6 is roll, no stat is lowered. HP can be restored by eating, using items, or sleeping.
Passage of Time:
Time flows on the island. The ladies of the night get more powerful during the night. Once the clock hits midnight, it will become too dark for the player to see without a light source. IF a player wanders out a this time, they'll be open to ambush.
Sleeping can be used to advance time, but be careful if you've recruited any of the ladies. They may get bored waiting around and decided to wake you up for sex. A d10 will be roll, with the DC needing to pass equaling how many hours you planned to sleep. If this Fails, your current HP will be set to 50% of your maximum.
When a players HP hits zero, time will advance 4 hours. (After any fun time had if the HP loss was due to a Lady)
---
Enemies:
Enemies are divided into two categories: ladies and monsters. Ladies will try to fuck you and will retreat when beaten. Monsters will fight more conventionally and be slain when beating, possibly dropping loot.
All Ladies have a Kiss attack and a Grapple. If caught in a Grapple, you can either Struggle or Counterattack. Struggle will roll your Strength against theirs, if you win, you break free, if you fail they damage you with an unopposed Technique roll. Couter attack cause you both to take each other's Technique stat as damage with no modifiers.
