The dual assault was overpowering to Haiba, who’s legs gave out almost instantly, but was held up by the vampires on each side of him.

“I need a little rest and am a bit confused, but otherwise fine,” Haiba answered, “What did you just do?”

"It would take a while to explain, but I may have been less then entirely honest with you as to why I was trying to track down X." Xantha admitted with a blush. "But first, let me deal with that curse of yours." She said, placing a kiss directly on the mark on his neck. A tingly sensation filling Haiba's body as it and it's influence on him disappeared.

"I think so. Depends on if that Yukki-Oni chose to stick around. We should probably fetch Samantha as well." The researcher replied.
