Flynn vs Sonya

“I wasn’t,” Flynn sighed as he tried to force Sonya away with three orbs of dark magic before his next attempt.

"Better." Sonya said as she was pushed back by the barrage of curses.

Having the feeling that she wouldn’t give him opportunities to cast anything that took a bit of time to, Flynn went for another of his quicker spells.

Even his quicker spell wasn't quick enough, and Flynn was clubbed across the face by the flat side of Sonya's large blade.

Staggering from another blow from Sonya’s sword, Flynn tried to cast a spell to buy himself a little time to recover.

Sonya didn't give him a chance, and cut into him with another rising slash of her greatsword.

Afterward, the purifying light, filling the room faded away.

Once again, Flynn retreated after her attacks and tried to keep her away.

Sonya was persistent and managed to stay close to the mage long enough to knock him off of his feet with thrust of her hips.

Flynn desperate tried to scramble to his feet, not wanting to be in a more vulnerable position than he already was in apparently.

In a surprising show of athleticism, Flynn sprang to his feet before his opponent could take advantage of his fallen state.

Flynn tried to keep this ‘streak’ of outpacing his opponent up as he tried to mess with her vision.

Sonya nearly dropped her weapon as vision swarm. Her body flashed pink for a moment as it tried to fight off the effects with her own magic.

Flynn tried to give her no chance to recover, sending another trio of cursed orbs at her.

The knights body continued to glow as she was bombarded with spells until she slipped and lost her footing.

Flynn noticed her slip up and immediately tried to take advantage of it.

The chains wrapped around Sonya, but the knight was able to quickly cut her way out of them with her massive weapon.

Flynn tried to keep his distance from Sonya as he prepared what he hoped was his final spell.

Sonya dropped her weapon as cursed assaulted her ears, but still managed to stumble her way over to Flynn. She leaned into him for support and kissed him as passionately as she was able. She held her lips against his until the curses took the last of her strength and she collapsed.

Just as the curses took the last of her energy, her kiss took the last of his and pushed him over the edge, collapsing to the ground as he climaxed.

"You okay?" the knight asked the mage as she laid next to him on the throne room floor.

“Yeah, that fight was probably the hardest one I’ve had,” Flynn sighs as he slowly recovers, “I must not be used to fighting brutes like you, swinging your big weapon around like that.”

"Well, you certainly gave as good as you got." Sonya remarked as she caught her breath. "Those curses of yours are some nasty work."

“Then just imagine having a squadron of rookies using curses. Even if they don’t have curses as potent as mine, they should be able to make up for that from the sheer amount of them,” Flynn says.

"I'll talk to the queen about it." Sonya said after a while of just laying there.

Flynn couldn’t think of anything else to say, so he just laid there, recovering from the battle.
