He didn't even get the chance to cast his spell before Sonya swung her blade upward and the flat of her blade hit him in the chin.


Flynn: 25 Willpower
Sonya: 26.2 Stamina + 3 Cursed Mark

Staggering back from the blow, Flynn tried to collect himself and cast another curse.

Flynn had to hasitly abandon his spell to avoid his opponent's attempt to hip check him. Fortunately for him, her missed attack had left her wide open.

Sonya: 25.6 Stamina + 3 Cursed Mark + Off Balance

As hastily as he abandoned it, Flynn went back to the same spell now that he was give a chance.

Sonya let out a surprised gasp as dark chains rose from the floor and restrained her.

Getting her trapped, Flynn moved to the other spell he usually combos with it.

FLynn flub his spell, which simply resulted in nothing happening.

Not wanting to mess it up again, Flynn went back to trying to mess with her vision.

Sonya stumbled as his spell affected her, but she managed to catch herself before she fell. With a roar, her body glowed pink and her magic managed to force back the chains.

With the chains shattered, Flynn reshaped them into another whip.

Sonya collapsed to her knees after the whip of dark magic struck her crotch.

“I guess you can’t handle all the pain,” Flynn joked as he held back on his next attack, only converting the whip into one ball of dark energy.

"Would you still be joking if I hit you there?" Sonya asked as she got to her feet. She endured his spell before she swung her blade upward again, the tip of it carving a shallow gash up Flynn's chest.

“Sorry for trying to lighten the mood after accidentally hitting you down there,” Flynn sighed as he saw she was finally using the edge of her weapon, so he tried to set up a protective barrier around himself.

"... you tend to come off as mocking an insensitive." Sonya noted as she took a moment to catch her breath.

“I just say what’s I think, it would be a hassle to put the effort in to censor my thoughts,” Flynn admits as he continued trying to set up his barrier.

Flynn got his barrier up just in time to blinded by a bright pink light as Sonya kissed her weapon.

Flynn stumbled back as he covered his eyes, completely blinded from the flash.

Sonya's empowered sword cut through Flynn's barrier and a feeling of pleasure flowed from the wound she inflicted upon him.

“So, the same concept as Mei-Mei’s glowing legs. That’s easy enough to deal with,” Flynn says as he tried to impede her from swinging again.

"Not quite." Sonya said as knocked away the chains before he drove the point of her giant blade into the ground. The magic transferred from her weapon into the floor and the throne room began to glow with a purifying light.

Once again, the bright light left Flynn blinded.

Sonya ripped her blade out of the ground and stabbed it at Flynn. The might and length of her weapon allowed it to pierce through his barrier as if it wasn't even there.

Regaining his vision as he stumbles back from her attack, Flynn saw what Sonya did to the room and, having no idea what it is really doing, tried to counter it.
